Tillo is a global gift card and open banking platform serving enterprise clients including Uber, Starbucks, and Adidas. As Senior Creative Manager (Maternity Cover), I was brought in to own creative strategy and execution across every channel — at a period of significant commercial growth.
The brief was broad: bring consistency and elevation to a brand that had scaled quickly but unevenly. From the new website to conference booth design, from social media to internal culture film — the work covered the full breadth of a brand in motion.
Tillo's brand had momentum but lacked a unified system. My role was to act as both brand guardian and creative director — partnering closely with the CEO and VP of Marketing to define what the brand should look, feel, and sound like at every touchpoint, then delivering it.
