Overview

Building the first global creative team at UBS Asset Management.

Six years as Director and Head of Multimedia & Creative at UBS Asset Management — responsible for setting the creative vision, strategy, and direction for campaigns and products across EMEA, APAC, and North America.

I built and led the first global UBS AM creative team from the ground up, defining design principles, roadmaps, and a unified multimedia strategy that elevated brand storytelling across every channel — from digital platforms and LinkedIn to print, film, and motion graphics.

The scope

A creative function built to serve a global organisation across every medium.

The work spanned UI design and web, LinkedIn brand standards, flagship investment reports, print advertising, internal motion graphics, conference films, and documentary filmmaking. A team, a system, and a body of work built over six years.

Creative Direction

Set creative vision and strategy for campaigns and products. Partnered with executives, product, and marketing teams to align creative work with organisational goals.

Team & Function Building

Built and led the first global UBS AM creative team across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Line-managed and coached a global team of multimedia designers.

Digital & UI Design

Defined design principles and roadmaps ensuring consistent, high-quality creative outcomes across web, intranet, LinkedIn, and paid media.

Film & Motion

Directed video production, motion graphics, and animation. Full production from concept and storyboard through to post-production and delivery.

As a filmmaker and producer at UBS, I led the full production of documentary and corporate films — from initial concept and pre-production through to shoot direction and post-production delivery. The Philanthropy in Action documentary captured the impact of UBS client giving through the Optimus Foundation. The client story film highlighted the depth of relationship between UBS Global Wealth Management and a long-standing client.
