Julius Baer brought me in to tell human stories through photography and film. Both campaigns are rooted in the same belief — that the people inside an organisation are its most powerful asset, and that their stories deserve to be told with care and intention.
IAMNOTJUSTBLACK was created for UK Black History Month. International Women's Day celebrated the women of Julius Baer through portraiture and film. Two projects, one consistent approach: real people, honest photography, purposeful storytelling.
Both campaigns were built around the same discipline: let the subjects speak. Clean backgrounds, considered framing, and enough silence in the frame for the person — and their words — to land. The photography had to feel worthy of the stories being told.
Conceived and directed both campaigns — concept, visual language, art direction, and final execution across photography and film.
Developed the strategic and creative concept for IAMNOTJUSTBLACK — positioning the campaign around workplace identity and the value of diverse experience.
Directed and shot both portrait series — location, lighting, composition, and post-production. White background studio work for IAMNOTJUSTBLACK, editorial portraiture for IWD.
Directed and produced the International Women's Day film — full production from concept through to final delivery.
Quote vignettes combining portrait photography with personal statements — designed for social media, internal communications, and the campaign landing page. Each one a reminder that identity is an asset, not a category.
